STORAGE FOR MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS

The storage facility is open on Thursday from 17:00-00:30; on all the other days from 10:00-00:30.

To deposit or withdraw your instrument contact the ticket office.

The storage reopens at the end of the concert for half an hour. It is closed during the night so if you wish to play at the jam you cannot leave it there for the night.

WHERE TO EAT

At the ARCI you can find:

  • A BAR on the ground floor, open everyday from 07:00 to 00:30.

  • A SELF-SERVICE RESTAURANT with a wide range of dishes at affordable prices, open everyday from 11:30 to 14:30 and from 18:00 to 21:30.

  • THE HALLS’ BAR, one in Sala Paradiso and one in Sala 77, open during the balls.

  • SMART CANTEEN in Sala 77 has the following time schedule: Thursday 6 June from 19:00 to 20:30; Friday 7 June from 13:00 to 14:00 and from 19:00 to 20:30; Saturday 8 June from 13:00 to 14:30 and from 19:45 to 20:45; Sunday 9 June from 13:00 to 14:30. You will find a hot vegetarian dish and cold dishes. There will be a menu with the price list at the entrance.

There are restaurants and supermarkets near the ARCI. You also have the possibility of having a picnic at the park!

WHERE TO SLEEP

We know that when it comes to sleeping at festivals, everyone has different requirements… and we are doing our best to satisfy them all!

PLACE TO SLEEP AT THE GYM FOR FREE

There are those who love to immerse themselves in the festival completely, who never want to miss a moment of the festival. And so, you can place your mattress and sleeping bag FOR FREE on the floor of a gym, only a few minutes walking distance from the festival venue! To access to it you must have already passed by the ticket counter and have your festival bracelet.

The gym opens at 17:00 on Thursday 6 June and it closes at 10:00 on Monday 10 June.

Setting up a tent in the gym is not allowed, each guest will have approximately 4sq. m available (2m x 2m).

Availability is limited to allow for a comfortable experience for everyone: it is therefore necessary to reserve a space via the form, providing your festival ticket ID as proof of participation. We will publish here soon the link to the registration form.

CAMPER AND VAN

Around the ARCI San Lazzaro you can find other places where you can park your caravan. There aren’t equipped camper van pitches, but the festival participants will have access to ARCI’s facilities.

WHAT TO DO

Surrounding the ARCI San Lazzaro there is the Parco delle caprette (Park of goats), where you will find a children’s playground and an enclosure with goats!
